A Hypnobirthing course with Hypnobirthing Midwife Nike is a high level Antenatal course inclusive of hypnobirthing tools, breast feeding preparation and postnatal support.
Course take place in Bromley, Lambeth, Southwark Boroughs and SE London areas.
You will learn how to work with your body instead against because of fear.

Included in the price of the course is also an additional session via video call should your plans begin to change. Perhaps you find out that an induction is required or your baby is breech.
We’ll meet online to discuss how to alter the techniques to help you through the situation you find yourself in. Hypnobirthing strategies can even be used through a Caesarean section, so rest assured that the course will remain useful even if things don’t go to plan…

Group Courses
Group Hypnobirthing Classes £200
Deposit of £75 will secure your booking
Group Classes are available both online and face-to-face, depending on the Covid-19 restrictions
As well as gaining the massively valuable Hypnobirthing tools in a group course, there is the added benefit of meeting other expectant parents due at a similar time to you with home you could begin this new life chapter.
Where Covid-19 restriction does not permit in person group sessions, the courses will move online, via Zoom video call, you be advised at time of booking. You'll need a computer, tablet or smart phone. It will be an interactive and engaging group.
Also included in both the on-to-one and group Hypnobirthing courses:
- antenatal breastfeeding preparation
- one postnatal visit for baby show bath or baby show massage

Private 1-2-1 Hypnobirthing Classes
3 - 4 Bespoke sessions of up to 3.5 hours
Total investment £350
One to one Hypnobirthing classes in the comfort of your own home, on days and times convenient to you. These classes can be tailored to your needs with lots of time for questions and support. The course is around 10-12 hours in length, taken over three to four sessions of 2.5 to 3.5 hours.
